Each Basket includes: One MAW calendar, 5 Make-A-Wish wristlets, 5 Make-A-Wish bookmarks, fairy dust, one wish wand, one bag of Hershey kisses, one Elmo DVD, one joyful ornament, and a donation acknowledgment available for personalization
Ordering Instructions: To place an order for gift baskets, please call our Grand Rapids office at 877.631.9474. Gift baskets will include a personalized card announcing your donation in honor of your recipient, along with very best wishes for a happy holiday season. Minimum of 5 baskets suggested. Standard UPS Ground Shipping within Michigan is $6 per basket. Additional shipping charges may be incurred for out-of-state shipments.
